(Fridays and Saturdays are $10 more for all room types. Listed rates are before taxes.)
Any additional guests will be charged USD $30 per person per night when using existing beds. Please contact the property in advance to request additional guests; only select rooms can accommodate extra guests.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A (one) night reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. The balance of your reservation is due upon arrival.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Cash. Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only. We do not accept personal checks as payment upon arrival. Rates are based on double occupancy. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Disclosure: Rates are subject to change at any time. CANCELLATION POLICY: MORE THAN 14 days before arrival date will result in a refund of the deposit less 15% service charge. Cancellations WITHIN 14 days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, will result in a forfeiture of total deposit amount. There are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, ferry reservations etc.
There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. If you fail to show up for your reservation and do not notify the inn 48 hours prior to your arrival you will be charged for the entire stay.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
CHECK IN: Check in is at 3:00PM. However, if you arrive prior to 3:00PM we try very hard to accommodate each guest as soon as we can.
LATE CHECK IN: If you anticipate arriving later than 10:00 PM please call the inn to make arrangements for a late check in. Our front desk closes at approximately 10:00 PM. Check in after the office is closed is self-check in. When you enter the OFFICE lobby, on the left hand side you will find your name listed with a corresponding key box number. To open the key box, enter the last four digits of the credit card you used to make the reservation with. Your room key with room location instructions will be in an envelope. You will need to sign your credit card slip, which will be attached to your room location instructions. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
CHECK OUT: Check out time for guests and vehicles is 11am.
PARKING: The Inn at Crystal Cove provides on site complimentary parking. One vehicle per room is allowed. Parking is at your own risk; The Inn at Crystal Cove assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle on our premises.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside The Inn at Crystal Cove or on the outside balconies. For your safety and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guestrooms. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open flame policy will be billed an additional $150.00 for clean up costs to the room. However, there is a designated smoking area on our front lawn, left of the historic cannon.
Although we understand how hard it is to leave your loved ones behind, The Inn at Crystal Cove cannot accommodate any pets.
